The government requirements for those returning from holidays in green list countries means that before you depart from your destination, you must complete a passenger locator form, take a COVID-19 test and book your test for day 2 after you arrive back in England. You will not need to quarantine on your return if you have a negative test on day 2 after you return. From Monday 17th May you can fly to Faro, in the Algarve region of southern Portugal, or Funchal, the capital of Madeira from Birmingham Airport.
