The coffee picked must contain at least 95% red fruit to be accepted for processing. | | SEMI WASHED | The Semi-Washed Processing method increases the coffee's body and complexity. Some fruit pulp is left on the outside of the beans as they dry enhancing body and softening the fruit tones in the flavor profile. | | BETTER ROAST | Beans are roasted are at a higher temperature for a longer amount of time which allows the sugars in the bean to caramelize to a greater degree, delivering a more robust, distinctive flavor. | | BETTER COFFEE | A great cup of coffee starts with great water. Our stores use Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration Systems, consistently monitoring salt and mineral levels, which can make coffee taste bitter, salty, metallic or flat. | | | | |
