Well-being throughout your stay
We're focused on supporting the well-being of all our guests and colleagues and making sure your experience is memorable. For some of you, this might be the first time you've stayed with us for a while. For others, you may be used to some of the changes we've made, including: - IHG Way of Clean: Rest easy knowing our approach to cleanliness meets CDC and local guidelines and additional protocols are in place throughout our hotels.
- Limited contact check-in & check-out: Use the IHG app to speed your way through the hotel with the option to digitally check-in and out, available at many hotels. Download the IHG app now.
- Hotel services & amenities: As each hotel fully re-opens, some parts of your stay may still look a little different (to check on details for a specific hotel, please visit us at ihg.com):
- The guest room is your personal space. To ensure you're as comfortable as possible, housekeeping will be available upon request, and you can speak to the hotel team at any time if you need fresh towels or amenities.
- Enjoy the return of self-serve breakfast at select hotels starting from July 2021.
- Restaurants, bars, gyms and spas will continue to re-open over the coming months dependent on local regulations and requirements.
- Our meetings and events teams are here to help you Meet with Confidence as you consider business travel once again.
