How do I earn stripes?

You can earn stripes on any purchase you make over £25 online or in store, including sale and full price items. As long as the total amount you are spending is over £25, you will earn stripes!

You can check your stripes total at any time by logging into your Clubhouse account (allow a couple of hours after your purchase to make sure the stripes have been allocated).

How do I use my Clubhouse offers online?

You can use any of your offers and rewards online by applying the offer code at checkout when making a purchase.

You can only use one code per order, and offer expiry dates can be found on your JoJo account.

How do I use my Clubhouse offers in store?

To use the JoJo Clubhouse in store you need to download your JoJo Clubhouse MemberShip card.
