No-Hassle Exchanges (US addresses only):  Hassle free…shipping is on us BOTH WAYS! Call us to place an exchange, or email us anytime. We will respond by next business day. Your refund will be applied to your order when the exchanged item is received. 

Returns:  Return items to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached.  Returns received 31 to 70 days after purchase will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15%.  Any return beyond 71 days after purchase must be approved by customer service and will be at most current sales price and have a 15% restocking fee.  JunoActive reserves the right to return items to the customer and deny a refund.

Products marked final sale on our site are not eligible for returns or exchange.

US Returns (Without an exchange):  To create a return, log in to your account and select the "Submit a Return" button.  Print out a shipping label.  Securely package your return and drop off at any USPS location.  Once your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount of purchase less $7.95 for shipping and handling. 
Eco Tip:  Turn your bag inside out and secure return label to outside of bag.

International Returns and Shipping with your own label:  Choose your own method of shipping to send items back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.  We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
