Our Guarantee: We are proud to make long-lasting clothing from the best fabrics. Any defective product may be returned at anytime for a full refund or exchange. This does not include normal wear on fabrics.

Returns: Return items to us within 30 days of your receipt for a full refund. To be eligible for return or exchange: items must be unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. Returns received 31-70 days after purchase will be assessed a re-stocking fee of 15%. Any return beyond 71 days after purchase must be approved by customer service and will be at most current sales price and have a 15% restocking fee. JunoActive reserves the right to return items to the customer and deny a refund.

Final Sale: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are clearly marked as FINAL SALE on each product page. Any FINAL SALE item returned will be donated to a local women's shelter and customer will not receive a refund. 

US Returns: To create a return, log in to your account and select the "submit a return" button. Print out a shipping label. Securely package your return and drop off at any USPS location. Once your return has been processed you will be refunded the amount of purchase less $7.95 for shipping and handling. Eco Tip: Turn your bag inside out and secure return label to outside of bag.

International returns and shipping with your own label: Choose your own method of shipping to send items back to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We highly recommend you use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Exchanges; Contiguous U.S. Only: To return items you wish to exchange, please refer to our US returns policy found here: https://junoactive.com/pages/shipping-returns. You will receive an email from our customer service department with a return confirmation and a free shipping code to place your exchange order. Please note, there is an expiration date for the free shipping code.

Defects: A defective product may be returned at any time for exchange of the same item or if item is not available you may choose an item of your choice up to the value of your original purchase price.
