Obstacle courses: they’re a workout for your dog’s mind and body. And they’re the perfect way to practice agility while strengthening joint, muscle, and heart health. To build your own course, get creative with whatever you have around: hula hoops, cardboard boxes, laundry bins—anything goes. Have a high jumper on your hands? Try some hurdles. More of a weaver? Set up some sports cones. It may take some trial and error, but that’s half the fun. Tip: Set fitness goals for your pup based on their breed, age, and weight. You can track their calories burned, distance traveled, minutes active, and other health data right in the Whistle app. Plus, you’ll earn badges for each milestone your dog achieves.
