Meet Our New Artist Ofer Nativ From Tel Aviv | | Ofer Nativ Was An Event Planner. When She Lost Her Job Due To Covid, She Reinvented Herself By Following Her Passion For Art! Ofer Nativ is 28 years old and resides in Tel Aviv. She is the 18th generation in Israel, her maternal family line originates from medieval Spain. Her ancestors arrived in the Holy Land in the end of the 16th century and settled in Hebron, and later on in Jerusalem. | | Until the pandemic outbreak she was a producer. During the first lockdown she was looking for something to do and accidentally hit a macramé tutorial on YouTube. | | | Immediately she got some materials and started working on it. She fell in love. In the following two weeks she just kept working. She started selling flower pot hangers and then explored bigger ideas and objects. She is especially connected to the macramé leaves. «I just love them. It was the first thing I created. There is something in their simple form that adds warmth and serenity to the space.
