 It comes with a heavy heart that we announce Kind Juice is losing its ability to ship our beloved products to our great customers. 
 

On December 27th 2020 under the guise of a Coronavirus Relief Spending Bill, hidden in the 5000+ pages was S.1253 the Vape Mail Ban. The new law makes it almost impossible to ship vape mail within the USA and abroad.  Due to over reaching regulations and compliance mandates the United States Postal Service has deemed anything vape related “unshippable”. Even using other methods and services such as UPS & FEDEX is no longer an option because they have on their own volition decided to change their corporate policies as well. Without a means to ship, we cannot distribute our products. 

Asides from the tyrannical ban, there is a more nefarious regulation hidden in (S.1253) that we feel strongly violates our customers' privacy and information rights. (S.1253) demands that all vape resellers begin to keep records of ALL customer transactions including customer name, address, email, D.O.B., order history, order details, and order amounts. This information must be given to the customer’s state attorney general's office. We do not agree with tracking people’s private transactions.
