Tell us about your Christmas dinner table... | | "Because we both grew up having hot Summer Christmas’ in Australia our dinner table tends to reflect the meals of our childhoods with plenty of seafood and a focus on desserts rather than lots of hot food. There's also always an abundance of side dishes and festive cocktails, to be shared by a mix of close friends and family against a backdrop of traditional cosy decor." | | | | | |

Any tips to practice sustainability at Christmas? | | "We've always tried to create rather than consume at Christmas, Our best tips would be: - Ditch the plastic tinsel and decorate with natural elements like real greenery and flowers instead
- Re-think what you are buying as presents; one quality gift is better than 5 throwaway ones.
- Reuse wrapping paper and cards, or even better make a gift of the wrapping too with silk scarves or cloth."
