A brief history on Try On Guarantee:

• On March 29th, 2021, twinklens pioneers Try On Guarantee policy in the industry of colored contacts. If customers are, for any reason, not satisfied with 1 item in their order, we either reship or refund the item in question, at the customer's discretion. No return is required.
• On September 9th, 2021, we upgraded Try On Guarantee to quota-basis and instead of 1 item, customers were given one quota and can request reship or refund of the entire order. No return is required.
• On January 24th, 2022, twinklens reset the Try On Guarantee quota for all, if you claimed it before, you now have a new one to use.
• Today as of August 5th, 2023, twinklens again resets the Try On Guarantee quota for existing customers. The refreshed one can be applied towards to any order placed on or after January 1st, 2023.

How to claim?

Remember to include the order number and the item(s) you'd like to reship / refund in your message.
