In case you haven’t noticed…it’s CJ Wildlife Nest Box Week!

We’ve been twittering on about nest boxes all week, for a very important reason. Due to the rapid expansion of developments in recent years, many common bird populations have declined as a result of habitats being lost. That’s why we want to spread the word that NOW is the time to put up nest boxes, to provide safe shelter for birds throughout the winter months, whilst setting them up for a successful breeding season next spring.

As part of CJ Wildlife Nest Box Week, not only do we want to spread the word about the importance of putting up your nest boxes now, we also want to celebrate our incredible community of nature lovers.
