It's Di here.  I have been meaning to send you a note just to say, well...

"Hello and I appreciate you."

It's been such a strange time over the last two years and I know we've all had our challenges.  Our's has been with Australia Post (bless them).  I do actually feel for them sometimes believe it or not!  It's not stopping me looking at alternatives though, just quietly.

Anyway, I'm actually pretty proud that we still manage to ship from our end within 24 hours and that our product is still loved by you guys.

I do appreciate you.  I mean that so very sincerely, I can't even begin...

You know we're here.  You know we're transperant and that if you have any problems or concerns or even just want to say Hi, then call us.  Really, just call.  

Just on the transperancy business, we had a visit from the (far too beautiful) Dr Katrina Warren recently and she appauled us on our openness.  She said she had never come across a company that does this.  

If you're interested, I've attached a video on her visit.  It's just 3 minutes, but you'll see the sincerity of her feelings.  It was such a pleasure having her here.

So enough from me.  Thank you again for supporting ethical farming.  We feel blessed every day to be able to do our bit for a better world.
