Hey ,

After an extreme weather pattern hit Memphis which the home of our distribution center, all transit and carriers were put to a standstill.

We are fully back up and running today but due to multiple-day back logs of orders not being able to go out - we wanted to proactively advise that some orders might have gotten delayed due to the backlog but will all get out asap this week.  

We appreciate your understanding as we get caught back up to normal operation.
