3 tbsp flour (oat or regular) -
1 scoop Kimera’s Samurai Creamer -
3 tbsp coconut sugar -
1 tsp baking powder -
Pinch of sea salt -
1 tbsp melted butter or oil -
Milk, if dough is too dry -
Chocolate chips Directions: -
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. - In a small bowl, mix your flour, creamer, sugar, baking powder, and salt, and mix until even.
- Add your melted butter/oil and mix. If the dough is too dry add milk and mix until you get a dough consistency.
- Add chocolate chips and mix.
- Form the dough into a ball and place on a cookie sheet. Lightly flatten the cookie.
- Bake for 13 minutes. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes to solidify the cookie more.
