Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. -
In a small bowl, mix your wet ingredients together and combine until even. -
In another bowl, mix together all of your dry ingredients. Combine the wet into the dry ingredients and mix together until you get a dough consistency. -
Roll the dough into even-sized balls and press them on a baking sheet to flatten. -
Top with more pumpkin spice and sugar. -
