Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. -
In a small bowl, add the diced strawberries and mash until you get a jam consistency. Set aside. -
In another small bowl, mix your egg, milk, and apple sauce. -
In a large bowl, mix together the flours, Dragon Creamer, baking powder & soda, and sugar. -
Fold in the wet ingredients and mix until the batter is even. -
To lightly greased muffin tins, add some of the batter to fill each tin halfway. Add about 1 tbsp of the mashed strawberries to the center and add more batter on top to cover. -
Bake for 23-26 minutes. Let cool and enjoy! |
