Single-Serve Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake For mug cake: For icing: - 1 tbsp melted butter (can be vegan)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
Directions: -
To a small microwave-safe mug, add flour, sugar, butter, cinnamon, and coffee and mix until even. Add more coffee or milk if needed to thin out the batter. -
Microwave mug cake for 45 seconds or until cooked through. -
Make the icing by mixing melted butter and powdered sugar. Add more sugar to thicken the icing as needed. Add on top of the mug cake and enjoy! |
