The base of our churros is made with only 3 simple ingredients: oat flour, coconut yogurt, and coffee. This dough is then coated in a cinnamon-sugar mix and pan-fried in coconut oil. ¾ cup oat flour -
⅓ cup coconut yogurt -
¼ cup Amber roast coffee, brewed -
¼ cup coconut sugar -
2 tbsp ground cinnamon -
2 tbsp coconut oil (for pan-frying) -
Melted vegan chocolate, for dipping Directions: -
In a large bowl, mix your oat flour, coconut yogurt, and coffee until a dough forms. Add more flour if needed. -
Separate the dough into 5-6 segments and roll them into even-sized churros. -
Roll each churro in your cinnamon-sugar mixture. -
To a medium-sized pan, add your coconut oil and coat the entirety of the pan. -
Add each churro and pan-fry on each side for about 3-4 minutes. Remove and let cool. -
