This double chocolate mug cake is the perfect single-serve healthy treat for when you don’t want to be tempted by an entire cake. This single-serve recipe is ready in less than 5 minutes and is perfectly sweet and moist. Made with Kimera’s Samurai Creamer, this mug cake is also packed with antioxidants and collagen peptides. The cacao powder in this creamer is packed with antioxidants that help reduce inflammation in the body, while the collagen helps prevent joint pain and fights the symptoms of the natural aging process. Now, onto the sweet stuff! Ingredients: - 2 tbsp Kimera’s Samurai Creamer
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 3 tbsp of flour
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 2 tbsp milk (more as needed)
- Chocolate chips
Directions: - In a small bowl, add the dry ingredients and mix together.
- Add in the egg, maple syrup, and milk and mix together. Add more milk to thin out the batter as needed.
- Add ⅔ of the batter to a microwave-safe mug. Add chocolate chips into the middle as desired. Top with the rest of the batter and more chocolate chips.
- Microwave for 60 seconds and then remove and let cool. Top with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
