    Vegan Coffee Twix Bars

    For the Base:

    • 1 cup oat flour

    • ¼ cup maple syrup

    • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, melted

    For the Coffee Caramel:

    For the Chocolate Topping:

    • ⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips, melted

    1. To a medium-sized bowl, add your oat flour, maple syrup, and melted peanut butter and mix until even.

    2. Add this shortbread dough to a medium Tupperware container and flatten. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes.

    3. While waiting, add your melted peanut butter, Kimera Original Blend, and maple syrup to a medium-sized bowl. Mix until even.

    4. Add this vegan coffee caramel on top of the shortbread and spread out until evenly distributed. Place the Tupperware back in the fridge to set for another 15 minutes.

    5. Melt your chocolate and add on top of the caramel. Place in the freezer for 1 hour.

    6. Remove the Twix bars and slice lengthwise. Enjoy!
