For the Base: -
1 cup oat flour -
¼ cup maple syrup -
¼ cup creamy peanut butter, melted For the Coffee Caramel: -
¼ cup creamy peanut butter, melted -

3 tbsp maple syrup For the Chocolate Topping: -
⅓ cup vegan chocolate chips, melted | | | | -
To a medium-sized bowl, add your oat flour, maple syrup, and melted peanut butter and mix until even. -
Add this shortbread dough to a medium Tupperware container and flatten. Place in the fridge to chill for 30 minutes. -
While waiting, add your melted peanut butter, Kimera Original Blend, and maple syrup to a medium-sized bowl. Mix until even. -
Add this vegan coffee caramel on top of the shortbread and spread out until evenly distributed. Place the Tupperware back in the fridge to set for another 15 minutes. -
Melt your chocolate and add on top of the caramel. Place in the freezer for 1 hour. -
