For me, I know that the months where I’m stressed & I’m burning the candle at both ends - I know that when my period is on it’s way, PMS may come too 😖

So, I will share what works for me - someone who suffered from years of daily anxiety and stress that really impacted my joy, productivity & relationships..
🔥 I focus on resiliency building.
This means I create daily practices to make my body more adaptable & resilient to stress - so when any unforseen stress arrises in the future, I have the tools to support me, AND my body is in a better position to bounce back faster.
There are TWO ways in which I do this..
>> I have daily non-negotiable self-care practices wedged throughout my day:
🧘♀️ Morning meditation, breathwork & shaking
💪 Some form of movement: A morning surf, yoga or HITT class.
😴 I don’t do high intensity exercise when I’m tired
👩❤️👨 I opening communicate to my partner & team where I am in my cycle and how I’m feeling
☀️ 20 minute nature & sunshine break
☕️ No coffee after 12pm
🛌 I go to sleep at 9:30pm (no screens in bedroom)
