In my last 16 years of working at White Lotus Home, I’ve been the most surprised by the number of people who prefer a firm mattress over our softer options. 

After taking over this great company in 2006, one of our local customers practically begged me to make our already semi-firm mattresses even firmer. Their words were something like, “If you make it as firm as I need it, I will buy one for the entire family.”
