How to join: - Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Sign up for the challenge by June 21st.
- Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge collection starting on June 22nd.
The Challenge: - Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don't worry if you miss a day - we’ll let it slide.)
- The Challenge Collection will be available starting June 22nd at 9 am EST until June 28th at 11:59 pm EST under Featured Collections in the Guided Meditation section of the Muse app.
