How to join: - Download the Muse app and create an account. If you already have an account, make sure you update to the latest version of the app.
- Sign up for the challenge by March 22nd.
- Once you’ve signed up, you’ll receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the Challenge Collection starting on March 23rd.
The Challenge: - Complete 1 meditation a day for 7 consecutive days from the 14 Challenge guided meditations. (Don't worry if you miss a day - we’ll let it slide.)
- The Challenge Collection will be available starting March 23rd at 9 AM EST until March 29th at 11:59 pm EST under Collections in the Guided Meditation section of the Muse app.
