Here's how to participate: - Download the Muse app and create an account. If you've already done so, make sure to update the app to the latest version.
- Sign up to the Challenge by September 20th and enter your name and email address associated with your Muse account.
- The goal is to complete 1 meditation a day from the 14 selected guided meditations for 7 consecutive days. Don't worry if you miss a day, we’ll let it slide.
- Starting September 21st at 9 am (EST), the challenge will be launched and the Zen Challenge Meditations will be made available in Collections, in the Guided Meditation section of the Muse app.
