April 14 — Regenerative Cultures: from Ground to People

In this workshop, we'll learn how regenerative agriculture principles can inform a process to redesign our economy toward a less extractive future, and ways that businesses can use these ideas to contribute to fostering more resilient and equitable cultures. We'll hear from a company that regenerates as it grows, a pioneer in regenerative agriculture, and a framework for thinking about how to cultivate a regenerative culture for your team.

April 15 — Measuring your Company Impact: A Baseline and Roadmap

The B Impact Assessment (BIA) is used by over 100k businesses around the world to help them learn what it takes to build a better business through rigorous measures of social and environmental performance. In this workshop, we'll hear from two inspiring companies using the BIA, with breakouts hosted by world-leading B Corp Certification consultants.

April 16 — Climate Justice and Net Zero

The time is now for courageous business leadership to respond to the climate emergency. We know that the worst impacts of climate change will largely fall on those who contribute the least to it, and that we must reach net zero — and fast — to mitigate these effects. In this workshop, we will discuss intersectional environmentalism and how we can advance advocacy and mitigation solutions to climate change that place people and equity at the center using a Climate Justice approach.
