A Coronation Feast! We love any excuse to get outside and get cooking on wood. But the Coronation got us thinking. If we were to cook for the King, what would we do? We came up with a 3-course fire feast fit for the King.
There are many different varieties of bruschetta, but as we are massive cheese lovers, we opted for melted camembert cheese, with beautiful tomatoes seasoned to perfection. And as it only takes 5 minutes to prepare and less than 10 minutes to cook, there is no excuse not to give this recipe a go.
A family favourite - the humble jacket potato, as easy as it is delicious! They also really couldn't be easier! We've topped ours with Coronation chicken to fit the theme, however, you can use whatever you fancy. Even if it's just butter! Simply wrap them in foil and leave them to cook in the ashes. You can read our full recipe here.
A homage to the favourite British berry - we've chosen to cover our pancakes in strawberries & Herefordshire honey. Again, incredibly easy to make and you can use whatever toppings you feel like. If you'd like to have a go at making these, head on over to our Instagram and watch this reel for a step-by-step video you can follow along!
