2+2=5. It's not rocket science...or is it? Einstein would have to agree after tasing these wines, 2+2=5.
In winemaking, it is a truth.
At one point early on in the California wine industry, saying 100% of something on the label was a badge of honor. I remember a wine at my father's store while placing it on the shelf reading 100% Cabernet Sauvignon on the label, I can see it today. At some point, the industry matured and we learned that by blending, we can create complex approachable wines that also have a long life.
I went back to the warehouse and found a few fun blends... I chose wines from different corners of the wine world.
